Explanation of the data from left to right:

  1. Code letter of the currently disseminated weather message
  2. QNH in hPa (air pressure converted to sea level) Note: not identical to the ambient air pressure
  3. Transitional flight level (from this altitude the pilot switches the altimeter to QNH)
  4. Temperature (T) and dew point (DP)
  5. Cloud base (CB), i.e. cloud cover more than 4/8 at 100 feet and visibility (VIS) in metres
  6. Flying weather conditions
  7. Date, sunrise/sunset (times in UTC)
  8. Current time in UTC (UTC + 2h = summer time, UTC + 1h = winter time)
  9. Graphical representation of the current operating runway in the large image
  10. Corresponding wind (wind direction in degrees, from which the wind is coming, wind speed in knots, additional display of maximum and minimum wind speed, T = tailwind, X = crosswind)
  11. Bottom line: current widespread weather in METAR form
