The terminal of the Airport Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden is equipped with an inductive audio facility.
In order to guarantee a smooth procedure, passengers are advised to inform the booked airline about any necessary supports – e. g. wheelchairs, walking frames – not later than 48 hours prior to departure.
The entire terminal is on a single level, the departure and arrival areas, which are wheelchair-accessible, are all under one roof. Modern wheel chairs are available at the airport information desk. Please contact the staff directly at the check-in counters if the information desk is not manned.

To simplify orientation, the pathways from the main entrances of the terminal to the airport information counter are marked on the floor in white. It can easily be navigated with a white cane. Guide dogs are allowed into the terminal.
